on the jacket she would like a nice little broach at the waist to hold the jacket together

we need to change this a little from the original

White bodice and back skirt and sash, sewn together as a dress, with a chiffon overlay on bodice.

Add 1/2" detachable white straps on the dress.

Make white jacket removable and straight across in the back hem of the jacket.  Add a broach at the waist.

So she would like to wear the dress with or without the jacket and it will still look nice.
